The terms that apply when you use our website and buy our services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of paadsolutions.com and the services you buy from Paad Solutions (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
We provide website development, mobile app development, custom software, API and integration work, and website maintenance and support. The scope of each service is described on its product page and in any written proposal we agree with you.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). An order is confirmed when we accept it and receive payment. For projects with a special scope we may issue a written quote that takes priority over the listed price.
Payment is due at checkout unless we agree a payment schedule in writing. For larger projects we may split payment into milestones. Work may begin once payment or the first milestone is received.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on you providing content, feedback and access promptly. We will keep you informed of progress and any changes to the timeline.
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the right to use any content, logos or materials you supply, and to review and approve work within a reasonable time.
On full payment, you own the custom work we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.
Because our services are tailored to you, work already completed is not refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we will refund your payment less any transaction costs. If we cannot deliver a service we have accepted, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.
Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with notice before the next billing date. Included hours or tasks do not carry over.
We will carry out services with reasonable skill and care and will fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes you make yourself. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
